In a recent customer testimonial, Etichette L’Immagine announced its investment in a Cartes GT360 finishing machine.

This Cartes GT360 features a semi-rotary flexo unit for spot printing and varnishing and a traditional silk-screen printing unit. The machine is equipped with a hot stamping unit with three foil feeding systems and embossing tools, too. The installation also comes complete with a Jet D-Screen digital embellishment unit to create multi-layer effects up to 800µ, a semi-rotary diecutting unit with the patented AGS and IDS systems, and a metal doming unit to create 3D cast gold effects.

Plus, there’s a laser diecutting unit. The laser diecutting unit is equipped with the ILC “Invisible Laser Cutting” system, patented by Cartes. The unit allows for the diecutting of black materials without leaving white edges.

“The only alternative to the Cartes GT360 would have been to have more machines to perform the various processes, making many orders uneconomical,” states Stefano Salvemini, CEO of Etichette L’Immagine.
